GOM Playerにて、おっしゃる操作を行いましたが、字幕は出ませんでした。
オーサリングに問題があるようですね。
オーサリングでは、特にややこしい事はしていません。
タイトル画面などは作っていないので、ファイルを選んで、字幕を設定して
オーサリングボタンを押すだけです。
少し長くなりますが、オーサリング後に表示されるログを貼り付けておきます。
私がこれを見ても何が何やら分かりませんので。
もし、何かお分かりの方がおられましたら、お知らせいただければ助かります。
